Dietrich, Danny The Gary Kauffman Racing team is getting geared up for the 2012 season! The schedule will look much like the 2011 season; a full schedule will be available when the tracks release their 2012 plans. The team that consists of Jake Hinkle, Bo Hinkle, Cory Hinkle, and Tim Orner, has three new Maxim Chassis’ being prepared for this year along with four Krimes Racing Engines. We would like to announce that we will be building a car from the bare frame to a complete race ready roller at Motorama in February. Please look for more announcements from the Trailways and Motorama management. The car design for 2012 will be released shortly, and we hope to have shirts in for the York Dirt-Trackin Car Show. Golobic, Shane 2012 looks very promising, as Shane has been picked as the driver of the GetSOM Sports/Ray Shiedts Electric/Ifly No.9j entry for Steve Osborne during the Taco Bravo Series competing at the Ocean Speedway. Golobic will also continue to run the Doug and Joey Bock midget in the USAC Western States Midget Series. When time allows in his busy schedule, Shane will pilot the No. 121 machine in the bigger events around the state kicking off with the Mini Gold Cup in March at the Silver Dollar Speedway. If the team can accumulate a few more supporters they will look to run various KWS races as well as the Gold Cup and the Trophy Cup. Harms, Matt In 2012, "Special Delivery" Matt Harms plans to run more 360 races with Sprint Invaders and 410 races with the Midwest Open Wheel Association with the 53H. He will also be running as much 410 non-wing as possible. He is planning to run races in Illinois, Iowa, and Indiana. Kauffman,Keith Veteran sprint car ace Keith Kauffman will return to the seat of the Gary and Linda Heckman owned No. 8H sprint car for the 2012 racing season. The upcoming racing season will be the second year for the Mifflintown driver and the Chambersburg-based sprint car team and the team looks to build on its first season together which produced one feature win and seven top 10 finishes in 19 starts. The team will have fresh equipment at Kauffman’s disposal next season and are working to enhance its motor program. Sponsors returning for the 2012 season are Heckman Tree Farm, Jim Stenger’s The Toyer’s Shop, J & J Auto Racing, Moo & Co., Jakes Carts, TQ Fiberglass, Simpson Racing Products and Butlerbuilt Seats. Kreitz, Don Jr “I’m definitely not retiring and I really don’t know if I will ever actually retire,” said Kreitz, a four-time Williams Grove track champion and the winningest local driver against the World of Outlaws at the speedway. “I’m not putting together a schedule or anything but I will always have my car ready to go should there be a night when I just want to race. It may be six, 10 or 12 races, we really don‘t know.”
Lasoski, Danny Chiappelli Motorsports, partnering with Grubb Motorsports, will field their familiar yellow #98 Golden Flavor 410 Sprint in the Pennsylvania area this season. The 35 race schedule will include select shows in PA as well as the Kings Royal and Knoxville Nationals. Danny Lasoski will pilot the #98 Sprint with Chris Strait as crew chief. “I’m really looking forward to racing in PA. My father was actually from PA and I still have family there. Chris and I have worked together in the past and we are looking forward to this challenge,” said Danny. Chris states that although he has been a sprint car mechanic for over 12 years, it has always been on the road. This will be different, racing in his home state on a regular basis. Litt, Ryan “This winter I'm trying to race whenever I can,” says Ryan. “I'm currently planning to run with TBARA in Florida during Speedweeks, and I would love to run a midget indoors as well. Next year plans are to run MSR and AVSS as much as possible, and hopefully I will be running the dirt at Ohsweken as much as I can. I tried (dirt) once last year and I got really hooked on it. I love a new challenge, and the one-time race really left me licking my lips for more. I love trying new cars and learning how to get fast in them. I would love to get back into a Supermodified too.”

Nouse, Kevin When the green flags drops at Lincoln Speedway in late February, there will be a new combination in the pits to contend with. Dietz Motorsports confirmed that they have reached an agreement with Kevin Nouse to drive their familiar #14 car in 2012. The Dietz Motorsports car will continue to carry sponsorship from C.C. Dietz, Inc. Builders, Hess Ornamental Iron, DMI, Keizer Wheels, Wings Unlimited, Rider Racing Engines, Kelly Racing Fuels and Pancho’s Racing Products. The team’s schedule will focus primarily on weekly competition at Lincoln Speedway, with the possibility of several time trial events at various speedways being added. Sanders, Justin Prunedale, CA hot-shoe Justin Sanders has reached an agreement to drive the potent A.A. Johnson and Sons Concrete/Smitty Boys Racing #14s sprint car for the 2012 race season. Sanders has made a name for himself winning numerous main events since moving into the sprint car ranks in 2009. Sammons, Davey After a successful first season of 410 competition, Davey Sammons will return to the seat of the John Chemidlin Special No. 747 for 2012. Earlier this week the team confirmed their plans for the upcoming season. The team looks to build upon the knowledge and experience gained in their rookie season. Sharrah, Kevin After taking a year off from racing, Chico, CA driver Kevin Sharrah is excited to announce his plans to return to action for the upcoming 2012 season. Over the last few weeks, the veteran driver has been finalizing a deal to pilot a car for Dave and Teddy Marsili. The Marsili family has been around motorsports over the past 35 years with stock cars, super modified's, and many other types of cars, and are excited to team with Sharrah. Swindell, Sammy In 2012, Sammy Swindell will continue to run a “true” outlaw schedule in the Big Game Treestands #1 sprinter.
Smith,Eric The "FLYIN FISHERMAN" Eric Smith of Lakeview Michigan has purchased former MSA Sprint car driver Phil Wades racing operation. The car is a later Enticer Chassis with a Cheverolet 355 by LAM Racing Engines out of Kenosha Wisconsin. Plans are to race a good portion of the ASCS Sprints on Dirt Tour and other sprint car events throughout the area as time and money permit with crew chief Chris Sylvester turning the wrenches.. The team is still searching for additional funding in its rookie season....We are looking to hit shows in the Michigan, Ontario, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, and Wisconsin on off weekends from the tour, as well as special shows with the World of Outlaws and Allstars. There could also be a few wingless shows in the teams future as well.
Smith, Stevie As the 2012 racing season draws near, Stevie Smith is excited to embark on a new journey with a new race team. Smith will once again be behind the wheel of the familiar “Black Bandit” black 19 car as he teams up with Chris Luck and Chad Clemens. “I’m really looking forward to driving for Chris and Chad. Smith, Mark Crewchief Tim Elwell and Brickers will no longer be with the team. Mark will change the number to Mach 1 after his chassis company and run 410, 360 & 358 shows. He is also putting a new 10 race 360 series together (Mach 1 Series) among a few Central PA tracks.
Smith,Ryan When the green flag drops on the season opener at Williams Grove Speedway there will be a noticeable change in the stables of the Kreitz Racing team. The familiar blue and orange car will still be in the pit area but a much younger face will look through the cockpit of a No. 69 (less the “K”) sprint car and his name is Ryan Smith. But that doesn’t exactly mean that Don Kreitz, Jr. is retiring from 410 sprint car racing either. He really doesn’t have a set plan but he knows one thing, he’s not ready to hang up the helmet just yet.

Standridge, Jeremy After having a rough 2011 season, but still finishing 9th in points with Mowa, Jeremy will be running for the championship in 2012 for the Midwest open wheel Association. Also running for the championship will be his father Ron Standridge who will be jumping back in a sprint car after a year off running in the 83 Northrup racing car out of Jacksonville IL

Verl Warnimont owner of  Warnimont Motorsports along with driver Greg Wilson are proud to announce Crew Chief, Brian Kemenah as the newest member to the w20 team. With 32 years in the business Brian has been the winning Crew Chief of 9 All-Star Championships with 3 different drivers, 90 All-Star and 20 World of Outlaw races and of course the prestigious 2010 Knoxville Nationals.  The team intends to run a 65 plus race schedule, which will include stops with the All-Star Circuit of Champions, the World of Outlaws and specific marquee events.
